How to sign up

wineThe cost for the Qualmark 2007 service is £125 plus VAT (£146.88) payable on sign up.

If you are a small business you can pay by instalments: £75 + VAT payable when you sign up for the service and before receipt of the questionnaires.

The balance of £50 + VAT is payable prior to receiving the end of season analysis, report and your Qualmark - you will be invoiced for this in August 2007.

To sign up download our service level agreement, print the registration form off, fill in and send it to us at the address below with your payment.

Once we receive this we will be in touch to discuss Qualmark with you. We will then send you your batch of questionnaires for you to distribute to your guests.
